When the 8 week Sports Specific Training course for Coaches starts at the Rockley Academy in Poole, UK next Monday (5th September) the Candidates will be spending a few days getting used to their new surrounding by going through some basic powerboat handling skills. This activity will also give them a great opportunity to get to know the sailing area that will be their home for most of the time in the UK. We will be writing regular items about the training that the coaches will be undertaking right up until the end of the course (October 28th).
Look out on both Twitter @connect2sailing and the dedicated ISAF Training Scholarship facebook page for pictures and updates as the course progresses.
